Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Helena. This applies to every signup method, including Google sign-in. By using Helena you attest that you meet this requirement.
What Helena is — and is not
Helena is an AI dating concierge that helps you reflect on your relationships and dating life. Helena is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional, is not a romantic partner, and does not guarantee matches, dates, or relationship outcomes. Helena is an AI and will always be transparent about that.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of what you share. Your Dating DNA and memories are yours to correct or delete at any time; corrections you make take precedence over anything Helena inferred.
Acceptable use
Do not use Helena to harass, deceive, or harm others; to generate content impersonating a real person; or to attempt to extract other users’ data. Accounts that do so may be suspended.
AI-generated content
Helena’s responses and your Dating DNA are generated by an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong. Review and correct your Dating DNA — you always have final say over your profile.
Changes and availability
The service may change or be interrupted. If these Terms materially change, the version above changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
